Matt's Engineers is an anonymous hiring network that connects job seekers and employers through double opt-in introductions. We take your privacy very seriously, and part of our mission is to keep your information private until we have explicit permission from both parties (i.e. job seekers and employers) before making introductions, sharing contact information, and revealing identities.
Information collection
To provide connections between job seekers and employers, Matt's Engineers must process information about you. While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information; such as your name, location, contact details, username, password, and so on (personal information). We ask for as little personally identifiable information as possible, while still being able to connect our users with potential job opportunities and/or great candidates. We only have access to/collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.
Information use
We are the sole owners of the information collected on the site. We use the information we have (subject to the choices you make) to identify job seekers and employers who may be of interest to one another. We then use the information provided to inform you about possible opportunities and, then, with your permission, will make introductions between job seekers and employers. By agreeing to be introduced to a job seeker or employer, you are giving us permission to share your name and contact information for the purposes of making the introduction.
Information sharing
Some of the information provided by job seekers and employers is publicly visible on our site. We do not post any personal information about job seekers or employers on our site. We do not share any personal information about job seekers with employers, or vice versa, without the explicit permission of both parties.
We will not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any organization other than Invisible Network unless you direct us to, or as required by law.
Javascript
We use javascript to collect anonymous, aggregated information about how people use our site. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify an individual person or company.
Cookies
Cookies are used minimally to facilitate the use of our service, specifically for authentication and security (e.g. to prevent cross-site request forgery attacks).
Email
We use your email address to provide the service and, unless you opt out, to send occasional updates. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email
support@invisiblenetwork.com. We honor opt-outs within ten (10) business days. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address for third parties' marketing, but may share it with service providers that send email for us.
Security
The security of your personal information is of paramount importance to us. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, however, as with any system, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Managing your information
We retain the information you provide to us as long as you have an account with us. You can ask us to change your information or close your account at any time.
If you choose to close your account, your profile will no longer be publicly visible on the site. We will retain de-identified information after your account has been closed, but only for analysis purposes, except that we keep records needed for billing, fee disputes and legal compliance for up to 7 years or as required by law.
Your privacy rights
You may ask us to (a) confirm whether we process your personal information and give you access to it or a copy; (b) correct it; (c) delete it; and (d) tell you which third parties we have disclosed it to. We do not use your information for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To make a request, email
support@invisiblenetwork.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to that email. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.

Your continued use of the site after we make changes to this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the changes and your consent to abide and be bound by the updated privacy policy.
